Adele Cosentino

Adele grew up on Sydney's Northern Beaches and has always been passionate about helping people live healthier, happier lives. She is currently studying Occupational Therapy and brings a genuine interest in health, wellbeing and human connection to everything she does.

Outside of her studies, Adele is heavily involved in music and the performing arts. She is an accomplished trombone player, enjoys singing, and has a love for dance. Her passion for teaching has also led her to work as both a music and dance instructor, where she enjoys helping students build confidence, develop new skills and reach their potential.

Known for her friendly nature and love of conversation, Adele enjoys getting to know people from all walks of life and creating a welcoming environment for everyone she meets. She has a strong interest in health education and enjoys sharing positive health messages that empower people to take an active role in their wellbeing.

When she's not studying, teaching or making music, you'll likely find Adele exploring the Northern Beaches, spending time with family and friends, or continuing to learn something new. Her enthusiasm for personal growth, education and helping others makes her a valued member of the Complete Chiropractic team.
